a tribute to one of my two all time favorite world warriors of all time (sagat is the other). rolling attack ftw BITCHESSSSSS

THISSSS time around, i tried getting rid of as much lineart as i could. dave wants to be painterly!

the usual suspects on this one, PSCS3, tablet, a little over three hours total!
