decided to crank out a speed paint that wasn't so speedy. took a while to finish this, but i think it came out well enough! again, a 100% painter IX piece.. i'm so happy!

i digipainted this while listening to a pair of japanese guitarists that call themselves depapepe. it's just so wonderful and upbeat, it makes me smile a smile of joy and happiness. i recommend these guys to anyone who likes being happy, and are into foot-tapping to good music.

this picture was definitely influenced by the music i was listening to, but this has a very personal meaning for me as well. there are a lot of potentially epic things on the horizon.. potenially life-altering decisions and potential BIG ups or LOW downs. we'll see how time treats this scrotumnose. ain't nowhere worth looking but up.. it's something i've been trying to drive into my system for the past few years, i guess.

we all have to shed our current skins, because bigger things await us. the ground is too mundane for what we're capable of. it's the sky or bust. no regrets, no looking back. we gotta rise up, because that sky is just reaching out to us with open arms and the birds are getting impatient for our company.

i feel all apprehensive and twisty and turny inside, but that makes me feel so alive. and everything that i'm saying, it should probably be in a journal entry. i guess i'll stop at that and thank everyone for reading this far, if they did at all. you all rock.
